My mom maintains a number of bird feeders, which attract the local wildlife. We get a lot of squirrels, but also a lot of dark-eyed juncos and house sparrows. The juncos are the gray-and-dun ones who look like a half-dipped Easter egg, and the house sparrows are varying shades of brown. On the flashier end of the bird spectrum, we also get cardinals and bluejays, but I haven’t gotten a good shot of one yet.
Some neighbors a little down the street from us have an enormous collection of inflatable lawn decorations. Every Sunday during football season, they inflate this Patriots player, but the rest of the week he just kind of. . .hangs around.

Torn Ticket II put on a production of Pippin last semester and I did both promo pictures and photo call for them! The show had heavy uplighting and weird, creepy characters, so we tried to make that come through in the promo pictures.
Past midnight on a long, exhausted drive back from Central MA after a shoot for my LGBTQ+ tattoo photo essay, I stopped at the Fifties Diner in Chicopee.
