Here are some photos from the solar eclipse. Since I was in the Boston area, I didn’t get to see a total eclipse, but the partial eclipse was still pretty cool. You don’t want to know how many filters I put on my lens to protect my sensor and eyes, though. Obviously, these pictures are from August, but I think they work pretty well now, since they’re so spooky and Halloween is coming up soon.

Carmichael Dining Center tried out a new food: spinach feta pizza. I was there to taste it (gets my approval) and take pictures.

I finished this bead curtain from prescription bottles in September 2022. A “portière” is a curtain that goes over a door. I’ve never seen prescription bottle art like this anywhere else. If you know of any, please send it to me! I would love to see it. Here’s what I had to say about this…
Here’s a throwback from last year: Casey and I went to Kelly’s Diner in Ball Square, and I’d just gotten a 24-70 and was excited to take some wide-angle shots for once. The light in Kelly’s is at least as good as the food. And Casey’s hair has gotten so long since then!
