Here’s the other event I shot this past Saturday! This is actually the first — the Haitian culture night was later in the day. This event was a blast. I covered the annual Independence Day fireworks at Trum Field for the Somerville Journal last night. The evening was chaotic, and I’m not exactly proud of the United States right now, but the fireworks sure did look pretty. Tufts finished building its new Science and Engineering Complex last year. The Daily wanted pictures of it for the 2018 commencement issue. Here they are. You can tell it was just as dismal outside then as it is today.
