This post isn’t called “dream cake” because it’s my favorite cake — it’s called that because I had a dream in which I ate almond-pistachio cake and I was so intrigued by it that I made up a recipe for it and tried to replicate it in real life. I thought it was a little heavy, but my housemates seemed to like it.
